We make gluten-free cakes!! Our gluten-free cakes are made with gluten-free ice cream flavors, and we substitute chocolate crunchies with chocolate sprinkles.

We can make Peanut-free cakes. We take peanut allergy requests very seriously. If you need a peanut-free cake, please let us know in the notes section of your order.

Located in Surf City, NJ, on Long Beach Island, The Big Dipper is home to the original Johnny Cakes! What makes Johnny’s ice cream cake the best? We only use premium ingredients for our ice cream and crunchies. Our four layers consist of two ice cream layers and two thick layers of CRUNCHIES!

World famous Ice Cream Cone Cake with 12 cones and your choice of two flavors. Johnny Cakes two layers of crunchies and two layers of ice cream made to order. A small round 7” cake feeds 6-8 people. A large round 10” cake feeds 12-16 people.
